AI Creation Service Agreement

When you access the activity page and use this service, you may be required to upload an image. We collect facial data solely for the purpose of providing the AI Creation Service. The uploaded image will be used exclusively to generate the result you request and for no other purpose.

Your image is temporarily stored on our secure servers only for the duration of the processing. It is permanently deleted once the generation is complete or when you close the activity page.

You guarantee that you have the legal rights to the content you upload or have obtained the legal authorization from others and have the right to use it for participating in this service. Otherwise, you will bear all the consequences and losses caused by this.

Except for the content you upload, all materials used in this service that are provided by AIClothesChanger are fully copyrighted by the platform. The AI works you generate using the AI creation service are limited to personal entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation purposes and may not be used for any commercial purposes.

You agree not to upload, generate, or share any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for public display.

NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive material, is strictly prohibited.

AIClothesChanger reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate this policy.

You acknowledge and understand that all content generated by this service is created by an artificial intelligence model. AIClothesChanger makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content, and the generated content does not represent the attitudes or views of AIClothesChanger. AIClothesChanger's service is based on information accumulated from sources allowed by laws and regulations, including but not limited to publicly available internet sources, and has undergone continuous automatic and manual filtering of sensitive data. However, some information may still have flaws, be unreasonable, or cause discomfort. If this occurs, we welcome and thank you for reporting through the contact information provided on this platform.

Unless otherwise provided by these rules, AIClothesChanger has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the activity page based on business judgment. Unless otherwise provided by other rules or documents, AIClothesChanger does not bear any responsibility for the corresponding changes, interruptions, or terminations.
